At OT Works, we believe every child deserves to grow, connect, and thrive in their own unique way. As a neurodiverse-led practice, we proudly serve the neurodiverse community with understanding, compassion, and evidence-based occupational therapy tailored to each individual’s strengths.
Our approach is grounded in the principles of Ayers Sensory Integration® (ASI)—a research-supported framework that helps children organize and respond effectively to sensory experiences. Through play-based, movement-rich therapy, we help children build the foundational skills that support learning, social participation, agency, and independence.

We offer services in a state of art sensory motor gym built specifically for the neurodiverse community through the principles of divergent design, GroWild Boutique Playroom. This space offers limitless play opportunities with a custom engineered indoor suspension system for swings, ladders an more. climbing, wall and expansive pretend play environments

At Optimal Therapy Works, we understand that family life is busy — between school, work, and activities, your time is valuable. That’s why we offer convenient online booking, making it easy to schedule your child’s or family’s occupational therapy sessions.
Please note that Hippotherapy sessions are reserved for existing clients and will be scheduled directly by your therapist after your initial evaluation.

GroWild Boutique Playroom, Camas WA
A dynamic, fully equipped space designed with fidelity to Ayers Sensory Integration® principles—encouraging climbing, swinging, balancing, and exploring through purposeful play. Built with divergent design principles, GroWild is thoughtfully created to meet the unique needs of the neurodiverse nervous system. This one-of-a-kind environment supports both individual and group therapy, as well as supported recreation and community groups.

Ridgefield Equestrian, Ridgefield, WA
A serene, natural setting where clients connect with horses, nature, and community to build body awareness, coordination, confidence, and emotional regulation, sensory integration, through equine-assisted occupational therapy. Our facility includes an Olympic-size indoor arena for year-round sessions, outdoor trails, and a heated viewing room with a kitchen and shower-equipped restroom.
Services offered in partnership with the Fathom Collective
OT Works is a cash-based clinic and is out of network with all insurance providers. Payment is required at the time of service. We do provide superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance for their therapy investment.
